Climbazole is a topical antifungal agent used in the treatment of dandruff and other human fungal skin infections. It has shown high in vitro and in vivo efficacy against Pityrosporum Ovale which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of dandruff. Citric acid includes the acidity of the bacterial environment, making it difficult for it and the microbes to survive and importantly reproduce. Polyquaternium-10 is a white granular powder which a characteristic amine odour. When used in shampoo, Polyquaternium-10 reduces static electricity. It enhances the appearance and feel of hair by increasing hair body, suppleness, or sheen, and by improving the texture of hair that has been damaged physically or by chemical treatment.
