Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refund:
(a) In the event, the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment.
(b) In the event of a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 1 day of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong delivered item with a proper picture on our email ID i.e firstname.lastname@example.org. After a valid review by our team, the user’s request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with the correct product within 4 to 6 days of submitting the proof.
(c) Kindly pack the product as originally received by you. You can stuff the bag with bubble wrap or any other material to avoid damage during transit. Please note that in case the product is damaged, altered or used, returned without the original packaging, or if the return request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery we will not be able to process the refund.
(d) Refunds will be initiated once the return order is received and checked by our team, usually within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the return.
(a) The refund will be processed to the original source of payment. It usually takes 3 – 6 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the bank.
(b) In case you received a freebie with your product, the same needs to be returned in case you wish to return the order.
(c) In case you have received a replacement, the same is not eligible for return/ replacement again. In case you have ordered multiple products as a part of your order, please raise a return request for all the products you wish to return at once. We will not be able to process multiple return requests for the same order.
